Insurance agency services for policies arranged through the website are provided by Legal Residency Group, identification number 322776055 (the “Insurance Agent”). Legal Residency Group is the recipient of payments for insurance policies arranged through the website.

The Insurance Agent provides information, advice and assistance in selecting and arranging insurance policies. Neither the Site Operator nor the Insurance Agent is an insurer or makes decisions on insurance claims. Insurance cover is provided by the insurance company named in the policy. That company reviews claims and makes insurance payments under the insurance contract.

By using the site, submitting data through feedback forms, messengers, email, or other communication channels, the user confirms their agreement with these Terms.

2.Information on the Site

Information posted on the site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a public offer, insurance policy, insurance contract, or guarantee of insurance coverage.

The user is responsible for the completeness, accuracy, and correctness of the provided data.

The Insurance Agent is not responsible for consequences of errors, inaccuracies, typos, or incomplete data provided by the user.

The user is obliged to verify the accuracy of the data contained in the insurance policy upon receipt and promptly report any identified errors.

The user confirms having legal grounds for providing personal data of third parties if such data is transmitted to the Insurance Agent for arranging an insurance product on behalf of those persons. The user is responsible for obtaining the necessary consents and permissions for transmitting such data to the Insurance Agent.

4.Insurance Terms

The user confirms that prior to arranging the insurance policy, they have familiarized themselves or had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the insurance terms, coverage list, exclusions, limitations, policy validity period, procedure for seeking medical assistance, procedure for settling insurance claims, and other conditions of the insurance product. Continuing to arrange the policy and/or paying for the insurance policy constitutes confirmation of such familiarization.

Consultations provided by Insurance Agent staff are informational in nature and do not constitute a guarantee of insurance coverage, insurance payment, or recognition of an event as an insurance claim.

In case of a discrepancy between a consultation by a Insurance Agent employee and the terms of the insurance policy, the terms of the insurance policy and the insurance rules of the respective insurance company shall apply.

5.Liability

The Insurance Agent is not liable for:

• any actions, omissions, and decisions of insurance companies, including recognition or non-recognition of an event as an insurance claim, the amount of insurance compensation, refusal of insurance payment, timelines and procedure for settling insurance claims;
• consequences of the user providing inaccurate, incomplete, or erroneous data;
• losses arising from the user's violation of insurance terms;
• circumstances under which insurance coverage is limited or excluded by the insurance terms.

The Insurance Agent acts exclusively as an agent (intermediary) between the user and the respective insurance company and is not a party to the insurance contract, unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific product.

All decisions regarding insurance coverage, recognition of events as insurance claims, insurance payments, application of limitations and exclusions are made exclusively by the insurance company in accordance with the insurance policy terms and insurance rules.

The Insurance Agent does not guarantee recognition of an event as an insurance claim, receipt of insurance compensation, the amount of insurance payment, or any specific decision by the insurance company. The Site Operator is responsible for managing and technically operating the website within its obligations and applicable law. The Insurance Agent is responsible for fulfilling its obligations in arranging policies and accepting payments.

6.Electronic Interaction

Clicking the "Submit", "Arrange", "Get Policy", "Pay" buttons or performing other similar actions on the site confirms the user's agreement with these Terms.

7.Payment and Refunds

Legal Residency Group accepts payment for insurance policies arranged through the website in its capacity as the Insurance Agent. Payment and refund enquiries should be sent to the Insurance Agent at support@visitgeorgia.online. Refunds are processed in accordance with the Refund Policy posted on the Site, the terms of the respective insurance company, the terms of the purchased insurance product, and applicable law.

In cases where an insurance policy was issued based on data provided by the user, claims related to the user's change of decision after policy issuance are handled in accordance with the insurance company's rules.

Issuance of an insurance policy, its delivery to the user, or providing the user with the opportunity to receive the insurance policy is considered due fulfillment of the Insurance Agent's obligations regarding its arrangement.

8.Review of Appeals and Claims

Users may contact the Site Operator about the operation of the website and the Insurance Agent about policy arrangement, payments and refunds, using the contact details provided on the website.

To resolve a dispute, users may submit a written enquiry to the Site Operator or the Insurance Agent, depending on its subject. This does not restrict the right to contact a bank, payment system, public authority or court.

The Site Operator or the Insurance Agent, depending on the subject of the enquiry, reviews it within a reasonable time, taking into account its nature and the checks required.
