This policy governs the conditions for refunds for services provided through the website visitgeorgia.online.

General Provisions

Payment for services means full and unconditional acceptance of this policy. Refunds are issued only in cases explicitly предусмотренных below.

Refund Before Service Delivery

A refund is possible only if the payment has been made but the insurance policy has not yet been issued and sent to the client. In this case, the refund will be made minus any applicable payment system fees.

Moment of Service Delivery

The service is considered fully provided once the insurance policy has been issued and sent to the client (including electronic format). From this moment, the company's obligations are considered fulfilled.

No Refund After Issuance

After the insurance policy has been issued and sent, no refunds will be made under any circumstances, including:

  • change of client’s plans
  • trip cancellation
  • early departure from the country
  • non-use of the policy

Data Errors

The client is fully responsible for the accuracy of the provided data. In case of errors caused by the client, no refund will be issued. Reissuance is possible only on a paid basis.
In case of an error caused by the company, correction or reissuance will be provided free of charge.

Entry Denial and Third-Party Decisions

The company is not responsible for decisions made by border, migration, or other authorities. Entry denial, deportation, or other restrictions are not grounds for a refund.

Changes in Legislation

Changes in legislation, entry rules, or third-party requirements after policy issuance are not grounds for a refund.

In the cases described above, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days minus payment system fees.
