What the organiser needs
Collect each traveller’s details and agreement to arrange their insurance in advance. Names and document numbers must match the passports they will use to enter Georgia.
- Arrival and departure dates for all travellers.
- Each traveller’s name in Latin letters, passport number and date of birth.
- A contact email for receiving the documents.
- If people arrive or depart on different dates, arrange cover for their individual travel periods.
How group insurance is priced
The group total is the sum of each person’s insurance price. Different rates apply to ages 1–65 and 66–85. Visit Georgia offers policies for 5 to 365 days, for travellers up to and including age 85.
After booking: check everyone’s documents
Check names, dates of birth, passport numbers and policy dates. Send each traveller their documents and insurance assistance contacts. Save offline copies on your phones before travelling.
